Each device comes equipped with upgradeable memory to 192MB and a vast array of key features, including zoom, auto centering, and mirror image to enhance workforce productivity. In addition, both devices offer exceptional paper handling with a maximum paper capacity of up to 2,200 sheets; enabling users the ability to switch paper sizes and types at the touch of a button — from either the device or from the desktop with optional network printing.
The optional network print capabilities of the CS-3040 is supported by an impressive range of tools to bring efficiency and control to the active printing environment. Print solutions such as, PDF Direct Print boost productivity as it enables users to easily print PDF files directly from the desktop, without the need to open any applications. The Company also offers its unique KX Driver to advance print performance; by easily allowing an end-user to specify the number of prints, required paper handling techniques, and stapling for document output.
