Return / Exchange policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Should it occur that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
When returning an item, please make sure to follow our guidelines bellow:
1) When returning an item you must contact Customer Service to obtain a return approval prior to returning the item.
2) All merchandise purchased from Office Grabs is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore we can only accept a return if it is returned to us in the original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, and with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
3) Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
4) The customer is responsible to arrange the return shipping and for its costs. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be made after 7 days.
We reserve the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 10%, if any of the above conditions are not met.

We can ship via US Postal Service, or International UPS, depending on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. Please note that we will ship only to your home address, or to an address in the USA.
If this is your first mail order or on-line purchase at Office Grabs, or if you will be using a different credit card than at your previous order, you will be required to fax or e-mail us a copy of both sides of your credit card. (This rule does not apply to Canadian customers.) Please include your invoice number, when sending us the copy of your credit card,
International orders may be subject to local import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes, depending on the country of destination tax laws.
Office Grabs is not reliable for any of these tax chares, nor can we offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, VAT or taxes that you may be obligated to pay upon the arrival of your merchandise. Should you have any questions or requests for specific information regarding any of these potential charges, Office Grabs advises you to consult with your local government import office.
The "Billing information" address that you supply to us on the order form, must be the address at which you receive your monthly credit card statements.
The "Billing information" address must also be the address that your credit card bank has on file.
Office Grabs reserves the right to refuse orders which the address or credit card can not be verified.
